I want to express my appreciation for the professionalism you exhibited as our agent in the recent sale of a 5-acre parcel south of Bandon.  It was perhaps the easiest real estate transaction in which we have ever participated.  You marketed the property under our conditions, did not disturb us until you found a buyer, allowed us to counter at a price we felt appropriate, and sealed the transaction expeditiously, with no difficulties at all.
